Where is the 's' in your sentence alleged to have all 26 letters of the alphabet- perhaps 'jumps'is more appropriate.

Yours is not a good sentence. You will have to use this:

The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.

or this:

Quick, brown foxes jump over the lazy dog.

It has to be 'jumps', otherwise you don't have an s in the sentence.
Oh, and
