Please remove the unnecessary things from here because I am going to place my laptop on it. These things will be disturbed to the laptop.

Please suggest the sentence. Especially, this one- "These things will be disturbed to the laptop."

This does not make sense, and it is not very clear what you are trying to say. Possibly you might mean "These things will be in the way (of the laptop)"?

Please clear off the desk / table / work surface. I need room for my laptop.

I am saying in another way that These things will obstruct my laptop if I keep it on the table. so I am asking him to clear them.

I hope you understand what I am trying to say.

In that case, my suggestion "These things will be in the way (of the laptop)" is appropriate.

"obstruct" is not definitely wrong, but it may seem too "heavy" a word for this situation.
