please I need a correction of the following :

-He did not respect the agreements. OR

-He broke the agreements (this I doubt) OR

-He didn´t observe the agreements

Assuming that there is more than one agreement, they all are okay and have the same meaning.

Unlike what you doubt, break is the best collocation for canceling an agreement.
