Hi,

Tommy is skillful at singing and playing the piano.

Does the above sound natural to you? The grammar and the meaning are both fine. But you'll more often hear someone say

Tommy is good at singing and playing the piano.

In careful, formal writing, I would say "skillful at playing the piano and singing" so it wouldn't sound like he is "skillful at singing the piano".
