It is a sentence; its main clause is You've got to do what you've got to do.

Does this qualify as one sentence? What constitutes the main clause? [No space before the final punctuation mark, please.]

You need to remove the comma. A comma should not be used between a verb (do) and its complement (what you've got to do).
