I'd ask What are the treatment options for ...?

"different" doesn't add anything because you already have the plural "options".

(The same applies to your second example, and there you don't really need 'types of' either. What are the treatments for ...?)

They two given sentences mean the same thing and can be used interchangeably in a medical context, but the second one is ungrammatical. It should be: "What are the different types of treatment for ..."
