Sub: Unfair treatment in the office
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to bring your kind attention that, I have been working as a tender coordinator last 10 years in your esteemed organization. I have been facing severe issues of favoritism & nepotism last 3 yrs. We were 4 staff under one supervisor and at that time the work was well organized and running very smoothly. Since one new staff joined us 2 yrs back and he has family relations with our supervisor, Hence the act of favoritism & nepotism is now highly concerned with our department. And a very bad impact fallen to our daily routine job which causes low productivity.
The followings concerns are as follows:
- Lack of fairness in task distribution with all staffs.
- Lack of carrying the equal weight of job between all staff
- Lack of coordination between the staffs.
- Lack of support from staffs
I, therefore, request you kindly intervene in this matter, your help will be very much appreciated.
