Is there any difference in say 'well I thought I will tell you about it' and 'well I thought I should tell you about it"?

Thanks

Keep the tenses the same, PBF:

I thought I would/should...

I think I will...

Ah. Thanks. I should have noticed that. Emotion: smile

Besidies that, do they have the same meaning?

Thanks again

I'm not sure what you're asking.

I thought I should tell you - I've already told you, or I'm about to.

I think I will tell you - I haven't told you anything yet. I may wait until your 52 years old. This isn't a very natural thing to say without better context.
