The service was really unacceptable. The staff didn't even do a very good job of washing the car.

Owner: Apologies for that. My apologies. Let me find out why what went wrong.

As shown above.

Saying "given the worst service" is way too harsh.

And it's "what went wrong", not "why went wrong".
