Situations make people change their personalities also. I think the chinese have been pressed by the country ruling. The old great philosophy is only a memory put in museums in other country. Nowadays people have been changed from the old time missingly. It happened same to many countries.

Not only that, they have the highest IQ score and doing best in science. Just take a look of the results of the international math olympiad by countries
