When the spanish came to Latin America they brought their language, food, relegion, customs, thought pattern, ect. (by force), but regardless it happenend and its what we see now.

Latin Americans are not Spanish, Just the way a Mexican and and South American are not the same (if you know how to read, you would have seen that, that wasn't the argument), but to argue that none of these countries have a similar culture is just silly. Yeah, of course they evolved, just the way you look at Spain its regions (south vs. north), but the basics (culture, which according to your definition posted includes "Hispanic") are the same.
It depends what you mean by culture. If you exclude language and religion, what do the citizens of Mexico City and Buenos Aires have in common?

I don't think slum is an object to look down upon the people of any country.Even I could not understand why some people of Spain are trying to humiliate Latin Americans.Poverty is not a crime. The language Spanish is popular in the world mainly for the Latin Americans. If the culture of Latin America differs from Spain where is the problem?Every region /country differs from others. That does not mean those are inferior. The culture of U.S.A is to some extent different from Europe. But no one dares to humiliate them.Is it only beacause they are rich?It is really a pity !

I am a Latin American and there are huge similarities between Spain and Latin America. Though, even within countries of Latin America and Europe, you will find significant differences within the regions of all countries. In parts of Mexico, you may see people that look more of a southern European look and at many times even German and such. In other regions the people are much darker and appear to be of a more indegeous appearance.
To recognize the reality of cultures and peoples from around the world to bring us closer together is a more important goal, rather than dividing peoples and cultures around the world to cause further division and racism. Rasiscm is of barbaric ideology.
For example.
Im sitting in a gym with others and a person comes to me and asks me about a friend of mine. He asks if my friend is Mexican and I reply to him that he is from India and not from Mexico. He was surprised and I told him that he should know that I have Mexican descent and he responds by telling me that I looked more like something else, like from South America. The person then tells me that he is from South America.
The common "white" American does not understand the history and differences amongst Latin American people and at times assume that everyone is Mexican, even those of who are of Spain. Though this is the case, it is also obvious that people depend in knowing your ethnicity or culture to judge you accordingly. At many times, people would come up to me and ask what I am. It came to the point where I wouldn't answer and the people would just start guessing. From South America, across the Caribbean, around the Mediterranean across Southern Europe, ending in Lebanon and Israel. It makes somewhat sense because of the history of mankind there have always been migrations and conquests that influence the culture and the ethnicity of the people in the regions. Therefore, in conclusion, I state that such conserns are obsolete and have always been of barbaric ideologies and for that reason I find it more interesting in knowing the connections of all cultures around the world. Especially now that the world is much SMALLER.

Languages (other than artificial ones like Esperanto) are not "invented".

All languages evolve - they neither improve nor deteriorate nor become less or more beautiful.

It is true that there are many varieties/dialects spoken in Spain, but that has always been the case. Each variety/dialect is equally valid. Where the dialects differ significantly from Castillian, speakers of the dialects also speak Castillian fluently. The main exception is the southern variety of Castillian which should present no special difficulties to a Spanish speaking Latin American, since Latin American Spanish evolved from that variety.
