Hi,

Samantha doesn't really appreciate Pleasure's ignorantly blissful helpless girl demeanor.

What does the sentence in bold mean?

Thanks in advance.

It means that the "writer" needs an editor, because it is unreadable. You are reading unedited stuff from an IMDB user, which will be full of mistakes. I would have tossed in some hyphens, one of which would stand as an exception to the rule that adverbs in "-ly" don't take one.

Samantha doesn't really appreciate Pleasure's ignorantly-blissful-helpless-girl demeanor.

Pleasure's demeanor was that of a helpless girl who was cheerful and mindless. There is a saying "ignorance is bliss", meaning if you don't know about the danger that's trying to get you, you will be happy. The writer used that in "blissfully ignorant", to confusing effect. Ironic.
