Hello

The term " a sense of wonder" is often used in discussions of science fiction, or fantasy. It describes an emotional reaction such as amazement or awe for readers or viewers suddenly confronting, understanding, or seeing a concept that they did not previously think was possible. One example of this would be the vastness of time and space in the universe.

Example:-

The older we get, the more it seems to me like that sense of wonder and curiosity starts to disappear.

He looked through his birthday telescope at millions of stars and planets with a new sense of wonder.
