There's this song by DJ Shah called "Turn back time":

There's a part of the song that goes like this:
I can turn back time,
Back time,
I can float inbetween you'll understand
What's the meaning of "I can float inbetween" in this context? Floating between past and current times? So what?
Also, I can't make a connection between the different parts of the song. It doesn't feel coherent. Anybody cares to explain the meaning of the song as a whole?
Thanks in advance,
Behrang
The lyrics:
Do you wonder baby,
We can never stop a tear,
A tear
Do you hold me baby,
Slowly I disappear,
Appear
Do you call me crazy,
Now I can smell your fear,
Your fear
Close your eyes now baby,
I can still reflect your tears,
Your tears
No one can see me,
And no one can hurt me,
And slowly I disappear,
Appear
I can turn back time,
Back time,
I can float inbetween you'll understand
I can turn back time,
Back time,
I can float inbetween you'll understand
Sentimental maybe,
I just wana feel you near,
My dear
We're so lonely (waiting?)
Slowly we'll disappear,
Appear
No one can see me,
And no one can hurt me,
And slowly I disappear,
Appear
I can turn back time,
Back time,
I can float inbetween you'll understand,
I can turn back time,
Back time,
I can float inbetween you'll understand

There's a part of the song that goes like ... time, I can float inbetween you'll understand, I can turn back time, Back time, I can float inbetween you'll understand

He's addressing a past love I think. I can't tell if he is speaking as if he's dead or he left. I think that he's trying to show that the is a parallel between leaving and dieing when it comes to a relationship.

This is how I would interpert the song from quick pass.

First thought:
Do you wonder about me? or Do you wonder about what could have been? Do you cry for me? or There is nothing that can be done to stop the ending of a love from hurting.
Do you remember me since I'm gone?
Do you think I'm crazy (maybe for leaving, or dieing, or getting my self killed).
I can tell you are scared.
Close your eyes I can still see(or feel) your tears.

He's gone where the love of this woman can't hurt him, Or he's died. Her memory of him fades, and sometimes she thinks about him.

I think the floating in between refers to some times he's remembered and some time he doesn't.
Second thought is that this song refers to an on again, off again relationship.
Third thought:
Separate the song into two parts using every other line and drop the echoed rhyme.
Do you wonder baby,
Do you hold me baby,
Do you call me crazy,
Close your eyes now baby,
No one can see me,
And slowly I disappear,
Sentimental maybe,
We can never stop a tear,
Slowly I disappear,
Now I can smell your fear,
I can still reflect your tears,
And no one can hurt me,
I just wana feel you near, My dear
We're so lonely (waiting?)
Slowly we'll disappear,
Appear

You said the song seem incoherent to you. I think he's trying to convey his inconsistent and if you want incoherent feelings about this love. -Doug S
