I would guess, for example: Mary Smith RN, BSN, CCM. An RN (registered nurse) title is not easy to get, and there are not that many RN's around - this is the most important of the three. A BSN (bachelor of science in nursing) is also not easy to obtain, but a person can have a BSN and still not be a RN, so this is secondary to a RN title. A CCM, whatever that is, would usually be the least significant of the three - there are all kinds of certifications like this, most of them secondary to RN and a BSN.
