Does Teaching English to Speakers of other Languages online courses really provides the theory and practice with the essential language teaching skills you need to teach English to speakers of other languages? What is the scope of Teaching English to Speakers of other Languages programme?

Is that a specific website or are you speaking generally? Overall, the internet can probably provide you with the theory but probably not the practice, which must be experienced in person.

Arizona State University provides an online course. You can review its scope and content.

Not so simple as you might think. What kind of 'scope'? Did you look at the link AlpheccaStars gave you? How does that compare in scope?

I appreciate what AlpheccaStars gave.. The provided link explaining the syllabus.
What I am asking how can one student explore choosing this course as a career? How, where and what are those areas where he/she can utilise his/her skills. How much beneficial this programme would be for their livelihood.

I am not asking for links. There are many websites which are providing the same.

Then you are asking if it is a lucrative career? No, it is not. I have just scraped by as an English teacher for the last 50 years, off and on.

Students: We have free audio pronunciation exercises.

Thank You Mister for your valuable insight.
