Maurisha, I'm from Cameroon and last time I checked it was part of Africa, but I've never been to South Africa. I hope this doesn't disqualify me from the thread....Emotion: geeked[:^)]

hi, Maurisha, I have never been to Africa, I guess I know a bit about Africa specially its wild life. Cheetah is my favourite cat.
My name is Adomi. I'd have loved telling you about myself but I'm afraid it'll turn us away from the main topic which is about gathering people's view about Africa and Africans. However, if you really want to know about me/people, you can still open another thread, and I'll be glad to participate in it. Another option is to mail me. My email is on my Profile.

About my place(I guess you meant by that, my country), it's situated in Central Africa. The official languages are French and English. The population is comprised of more that 200 differents tribes and counting, with an equal number of tribal languages.

Tell me Maurisha, is Zulu the most spoken language in South Africa?
Hi!!!!

Anonymus, it's so nice to hear your interest in my country, Thank You!!

Adomi, thank you for replying to my post, hope we keep in touch. To answer your questin on the Language, Zulu is spoken by those who can speak the language, however English and Afrikaans the most spoken that I have come across, especially where I live!

Keep in Touch!

Adomioh oh..I think the Anon is you Maurisha? If yes, what is the language used in schools.
Hi Adomi!

How you doing? I'm not understanding you above statement, can you please be more specific! Are you saying that I am Anonymous and asking myself the questions?[:^)]
No no no You got me all wrong Mau! I was refering to the last unamed poster . The poster is refered to as "Anonymous" and what I meant is you (may be) forgot to log in before replying, because the "Anonymous" answered my question, which was adressed to you, (and started his/her post by : "Adomi thank you for replying to my post......": I was replying to Mau's post)and thanked the "first Anon" for his/her kind comments about Africa.

Please if you have time, go through the posts and you'll understand what I'm talking about..and if you are not the last "Anonymous", then I'm sorry. I didn't mean be rude at all.
