Hi~I was wondering if you could tell me how to reply "I hope you are doing well."

"Thank u" or anything else?

"Fine, thanks"
Very good
when you wish to someone for example if he/she is going to write an exam.
You would use the term "hope you're doing well" when you know that the addressee has been battling a health problem.
I want to know about someone´s health ?
