Suppose that your contract with your company ends on January 31, 2021. This is what you are going to say to your friend.

(1) Last week, I told my supervisor when my last day is.

(2) Last week, I told my supervisor when my last day was.

Which tense of "to be" is correct? Please help me. Thank you.

'is' in your example above.

If the contract ended on July 31, 2020, you can say (today):

In the first week in July I told my supervisor when my last day was.
