These are correct:

What size are you? (= You are what size?)

What size are your shoes? (= Your shoes are what size?)

What is your size? (= Your size is what size?)
Is size adjective or what ? Can you make some sentences using sizes ?

'Size' is a noun. You added an '-s' to it, didn't you? It can also be an adjective, as in 'What size shoe do you wear?'

I have a better idea: please do a Google search for the word and then post here any good sentences you find.

Hi,

You mean "sizeS" as a noun?
yes
Hi,

"The sizes that available on the shelf are 12,14,16."

" We have made three sizes, small/medium/large."

Hope this helps.

Thanks!
