Which one is grammatically correct ?

I prefer the first one .

I also find the first one to be correct. However, I think IT'S shoud be replaced with ITS
Both the following sentences are correct:

We have to wait and see what they can do with its power.
We have to wait to see what they can do with its power.
NOTE:
its=possessive adjective
it's=it+the verb to be
