Which one is grammatically correct???

A.If he wont get a good mark in IELTS exam ,he wouldnt be able to go to university?

What's the difference between B and C? I'm obviously missing something, but they look okay except that doesn't, won't and wouldn't need the apostrophe.

First, If you really want to improve your English, begin by applying the basic grammar. You must use your apostrophe in the questions? in this case, you need one beteween the "n" and the "t". Secondly,
"tanx" or "thx" is really not a correct form of English if you want people to take you seriously.
