Which is the following sentence correct?

1)It has been a long time we haven't seen each other.

2)It has been a long time we don't see each other.

and,

1) i thought you were not coming.

2) i thought you are not coming.

It’s been a long time since we’d last seen each other

Here's what I would say:

It's been a long time since we've last seen each other.

It had been a long time since we'd last seen each other.

After 'since' we should use the simple past tense 'saw'.
