If I understand your situation, I don't think any of these are correct. It sounds like you're presenting someone with a puzzle or an assignment. Why would you want to send anyone a document that was not correct?

I assume there was a previous document which was not correct. It may have included errors, or it may have simply been the wrong document. You need to explain the situation a bit more.

Going by the time-honored phrase "enclosed, please find" as a model, I'd say, "Attached, please find the corrected document."

OR "We regret sending you the wrong document. Please accept our apologies. Attached, please find the correct document," or something like that.
