I would say 'she is pressuring' me, as the second implies that she may be inflating you like a rubber dinghy ...

alternatively try some synonyms such as ... coerce, etc, depending on the context.
Well, it depends on what you mean.

- To pressure, in your sentence, would mean to insist, to force.

- To Pressurize means to increase or maintain the pressure, as
in airplanes or submarines, or to confine something under
certain pressure.

My guess is that you meant the first one.
