I have dilemna between 2 sentences...

Which one would be the best to write in a C.V. in your opinion?


1 - Attained "business-to-business" service excellence by dealing effectively and confidently with conflictual situations on a daily basis, using professional, polite and clear telephone manner and letter writing skills demonstrating a high communication ability.

2 - Delivered first-class "business-to-business" service excellence by dealing effectively and confidently with conflictual situations on a daily basis, using professional, polite and clear telephone manner and letter writing skills demonstrating a high communication ability.
I am not sure about the first one as it might convey the idea that it took me time to be able to deliver a high quality service but it is only my understanding as a non-English native...

So what do you think?

Is conflictual a word? My spell check dosn't think so and I can't find it in my dictionary.
Erm, that's interesting...

I checked this word @ http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=conflictual but I now checked in our dictionary at work.... and I can't find it there...

I could find there conflicting ... Should I use this one instead??

What do you reckon?

I just noticed in my first post, that I made a mistake... The "excellence" word should not be there so the 2 paragraphs should be as follow:
