His prayers (might/may) (be/get) answered.

Looking /if you look at college basketball, you would think anyone could play.

I understand why she wants/ would want it and while she is/was not here.

Find a different place for our dogs to have fun/so our dogs could have fun.

These are all possible.

This doesn't make sense whichever options are chosen. Possibly "while" is a mistake for "why"; I'm not sure.
