Hi,

Question:
1) Which sentence is more sensible?
2) Do my opinions correct?

Sentence1:
I have good team working skills which make your company operative more smoothly.
Sentence2:
I have good team working skills, which make your company operative more smoothly.

My opinion:

For sentence1:
"The skills that I have" are the skills that can make your company operate more smoothly.

For sentence2:
Since I have team working skills, I can make your company operate more smoothly.

Both sensible but sentence 2 seem better.

Thanks

Hi,

Yes, you need the versions with 'can'.

However, I recommend simply 'I have good team working skills' or, more naturally, 'I can work well in a team'.

The words are your choice, of course, but to me it seems a little presumptuous of you to contimnue by telling the interviewer that you can improve his company. He may think that his company has done OK so far without you.

Hi

I would go for number one because it says that you possess the working skills this company needs. Differently put, you have exactly what it takes to make the company run more smoothly, whereas number two only suggests that you possess good team-working skills in general, period; and oh, by the way, these type of skills may contribute to your company in such a way that it runs more smoothly. You don't want to do that. So, therefore, your first option is much more vigorous and makes much more sense here, although two is not grammatically incorrect.
  • I have good team-working skills which/that (will) make your company operate more smoothly
Those are my thoughts on this.

Kind regards
