How would you say these 3 sentences please?

1 I was hunting while I was dead./I hunted while I was dead. (sci fi movie)

2 When you eat something so light, it's as if you haven't eaten at all. You are still hungry.

3 The fact that you wanted to buy me something with so much determination is as if you had bought it. (someone keeps telling you they'll buy you it everyday but they don't have the money, but they do everything they can, even attempt to get a loan to buy it for you, that's as if they had bought it because you know they really sincerely wanted to buy it.)

THank you

1 I was hunting while I was dead./I hunted while I was dead. (sci fi movie) Emotion: hmm
Both are OK grammatically, but I can't think of where or how I would use the second one. The first is more likely to be useful for most situations in which you're hunting while dead.Emotion: speechless

2 When you eat something so light, it's as if you haven't eaten at all. You are still hungry. OK.

3 The fact that you wanted to buy me something so badly with so much determination is as good as if you had really bought it. (someone keeps telling you they'll buy you it everyday but they don't have the money, but they do everything they can, even attempt to get a loan to buy it for you, that's as if they had bought it because you know they really sincerely wanted to buy it.)
