or

My aunt is who I like best of all the relatives.

you can use Who for both objects and subjects, but Whom is only used for objects >

My aunt is who loves me the most. Correct

My aunt is whom loves me the most. Incorrect

My aunt is who I love the most. Correct

These are not correct. You need the one.

My aunt is the one (whom) I like best of all [the / my] relatives.

In everyday conversation, most speakers leave out the pronoun entirely:

My aunt is the one I like best of all my relatives.
