Hi, i'm from Azerbaijan and i'm learning english. The first reason is i'm preparating for university. But i really love English. So my question is about that sentence :"He is a good student, he works carefully than the others." I knew like i must write more carefully instead of carefully. But i saw it's mistake when i was checking my tests. I don't know why. I think it's exception. Can you help me, please? İs there a list of words like that one?

"more carefully" is correct with "than". If your answer pages say otherwise, then they are wrong.
Nicat HesenovI think it's exception.
No, it's not an exception.
