Those are both incorrect. You can say "We will reach/arrive there at 4 o'clock in the morning".

"will be + past participle" is passive voice. E.g. "We will be met at the airport" (someone will meet us).

"will be + present participle" is for continuous actions (actions with a duration). E.g. "We will be waiting for you in the arrivals lounge".
