Hello,
Could you please suggest is there any difference in meaning between
the phrases "would not it be" and "whould it not be"? For instance, do
the following sentences mean the same?
1) Would not it be a good move for me to join the Navy?
2) Would it not be a good move for me to join the Navy?
P.S. This question can be expanded to cover other similar situations,
such as "is not it" vs. "is it not". I suppose, the answer would be universal
for all these cases?!
Thanks in advance.
