Hello. Would you check my English?

No. 1

F: Good morning, Kenji Office Supplies. May I help you?

M: Yes, this is Mr. Jackson. I'm calling about our most recent order.

F: Could you please hold (on)? I'll connect you to the Sales Department.

No. 2

M: Looks like I won't be able to go out [away] with my family
this summer. My boss won't allow me to take time off [take off / take leave].

F: That's a shame. Is that [this] your company's policy?

M: Not really. It's because I'm a newcomer to my company.

Thank you.

M: Yes, this is Mr. Jackson with IBM. I'm calling about our most recent order.

F: Could you please hold (on)? I'll connect you to the Sales Department.

This is pretty good. The person calling will commonly give the name of his company as well as his own name.

No company would have an official policy that no-one can ever take a vacation. But sometimes practice is not the same as policy.

Best wishes, Clive
