Some students have the dream to go into business for themselves, while some others are partial to take position in a company and work for it. In my opinion, the second choice is the top priority, considering I am a student without an experience.
First of all, for a newcomer to business just as I am, the best way after I leave university is to apply for a good company and try my best to have a good position and especially to gain experiences. Whatever you want, even though you are a brilliant student, you have to have experiences.
Second, working for a big company, under the pressure of the boss, salary, competition for positions, I would have greater motive force that I have to try my best to work. Sometimes that pressure would make me feel anxiety but after all, the pressure that a boss has to suffer is higher than I do.
Third, to become a boss, you must have not only experiences but also a certain capital; you have to grasp and analyze the market thoroughly, especially, you must take risks and clearly determine that you will have to face with many obstacles to lead your company to success, sometimes, you are on a razor edge to be empty-handed. However, if I were a good employee working for a big company, I would have a reasonable and stable salary monthly. This compares to the boss of an unstable company is far better.
In short, I would rather be a professional employee for a good company than be a boss of a bad one. However if I find myself have all the criteria and conditions to founding my own company, I would consider it cautiously.
- does my writing clear ?
- could you please fix it more formal, clearer and more English
Thank you so much
Sincerely
