I will point out what is wrong. Only you know what you want to say.

The reader sees "fruit" and naturally supposes it is the mass noun, so he is jarred when he hits "one". It might be better to name one or change the number or both. It seems an odd thing to say—sweetness is measurable, so someone else could easily grow a sweeter one. Tasting sweetness is not so measurable and might be better there, or tasting good. Used figuratively, sweetness is not measurable. "Organic" sounds forced, didactic, like you felt you had to work it in. It would be better to establish that it is organic in a separate sentence.
