I thought I saw a cloud beach

Lie some miles from me away;

I liked going to it

And walking joyfully everyday.

I would like to know whether my writing is grammatically correct and meaningful or not.

Well, it's poetry. Have you read E. E. Cummings? Anything goes, and you are on your own.

That said, you may not be aware of the difference between "every day" and "everyday". "Everyday" is an adjective meaning "ordinary". "Every day" means "each day", and that seems to be what you mean in your poem.

Not so much. Not to my ear, anyway. I have no idea what a cloud beach is, or what it's supposed to suggest in terms of poetry — especially since you thought you saw it (You weren't sure you saw it), but then you liked going to it to walk (So you must have seen it after all because it really exists?).
