Hello, I would like to write a letter to a boarding school, regarding somethings about admissions. On their website it says to send emails to the headmaster's secretary for inquiries about admissions, but does that mean that I address the letter to the headmaster or to his secretary?
As in:
Dear Mr Headmaster,
or
Dear Mrs Headmaster's Secretary
(obviously, I would use their actual names)

Also, what information would I have to include in this formal email?

Hi,

Send it to the secretary's email address, as you are told to.

Such emails are usually brief and get right to the point.

You don't need to say 'Dear anyone'.

Just begin with

I would be grateful for the following information regarding admission to your school.

And finish with

Thank you very much for your assistance.
