Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the quality of service from your company. I booked online a package tour on the website of your company but unfortunately, the adventure holiday did not only not live up to my expectations but also not reflect the description of your advertisement.
According to your advertisement, you claimed that there would be a variety of activities every day for me to choose from. However, in reality, there was merely a choice of two. During 8 days, neither windsurfing nor sailing was offered and the other guests feeling extremely dissatisfied.
Furthermore, we were thoroughly disgusted with the fact that the three-day camping expedition completely miscarried. Despite having rain, the expedition would be still successful if your company had some backup plans.
Another complaint concerns the hotel services which were not what I had been led to expect from your brochure. Instead of staying in a comfortable hotel with double rooms or remarkable facilities, I was put in a youth hostel which was far away from Wildside Hall. That was seven miles away and we had no transport. To make the matter worse, the facilities at the hostel were equally disappointing with table tennis and a pack of card without a swimming pool, library or sauna as in the advertisement. In addition, the quality of the food was virtually unsatisfactory. I must express my concern about the fact that the variety of food offered by the restaurant was utterly low.

I feel strongly that the description of the advertisement on your website should be changed as it is totally inaccurate and misleading. I would like to hear from your reactions to all this, and I expect to receive an apology and a substantial refund from your company.
