The table reveals the average of the patient's evaluation of services at three health centers in several aspects of services.


Overall, as can be seen from the graph, while Peveril Centre was the highest in the average of assessment points, the opposite was true for Longston Center among three counterparts.


In Longston, the figure for Doctor’s service stood at 8.0 points was the highest evaluation by clients. This was followed by care of children, at 6.3 points. Contrastingly, booking appointments, pharmacy and response to concerns was seen below the overall average (at 5.8 points) at 5.2, 5.1 and 4.3 respectively.


Particularly in Peveril centre, accounting for 9,6 out of 10 scores, the figure for patients evaluating response to concerns was the most high-rated appraisal, being the most preferred among three facilities.The result of custumers’s assessment in Marchbank, Doctor’s service was assessed higher compared with four different types of service. Pharmacy, on the contrary , received the lowest point in both facilities, namely Peveril and Marchbank ( 6.3 and 6.5 respectively).
