Which of the following sentences should I write in a business letter?

1) You should pay the goods cash in advance.

2) You would have to pay the goods cash in advance.

3) You should have to pay the goods cash in advance.

Also, would you briefly comment on each of them, please?

Thank you.

The word order is incorrect in all the examples:

You would have to pay cash in advance for the goods.

"Would" is more polite than "should." Since you're saying "have to," it is still obvious that it must be done. "Should have to" sounds like maybe there is some circumstance when it would be possible not to pay in advance.
