Hey guys, what does "zipped around her yard" mean: "Bean zipped around her yard and yelled. "?

Could you simplify it?/transform it?

You need to have access to a dictionary if you want to learn English. Any one of the common paper dictionaries is better than nothing. There is a website called onelook.com that searches many online dictionaries at once. I use it all the time. The American Heritage Dictionary is the best there for American English. I am not in love with any of the British ones there, but again, better than nothing. The Cambridge Advance Learner's is the best there for fixed phrases, what they call idioms.

Look up "zip", the verb.
